Response tagging allows administrators to organize the review process of contributions submitted by participants. Through this feature, it is possible to track which responses have already been analyzed and which still require attention during the data reading and analysis stage.
This feature helps structure the workflow within the Report tab, allowing the status of each response to be quickly identified throughout the review process.
Mark a Response as Viewed
To mark a response as viewed, access the response in the Report tab and click the eye-shaped button.
The response will be marked as viewed if the eye icon is blue.
Mark a Response as Resolved
To mark a response as resolved, access the response in the Report tab and click the Resolved button.
The response will be marked as resolved if the button is green.
