WhatsApp notification messages are sent automatically and follow a predefined pattern. For each action recorded on the platform, a message is triggered based on a specific template.
Due to the automated sending, the messages are predefined and cannot be customized. Likewise, if the participant replies to the message on WhatsApp, the response will not be transmitted back.
