Account Settings

The Account Settings menu allows users to change their name, photo and reset their password. 

To access this menu, simply click in the top right-hand corner of the screen, next to the profile photo, and select the “Account Settings” option.

Please note: the registration e-mail address cannot be changed!Atenção: o e-mail de cadastro não poderá ser alterado!

It is important that you only reset your name and password if you need to or if you have been advised to do so by the support team. 

Don't forget that your password must contain at least 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter and at least one special character (*&%@!). 

Once you have made your changes, click on the “Save” button. 

To change your profile photo, simply click on your current photo in the right-hand corner and select the photo you want. To scale the photo, use the scroll button on your mouse to adjust the proportion. When you've finished, select the “Confirm” button. If you want to repeat the process, click on the trash can button to discard the photo. You need to wait for the photo to load completely before saving your changes using the “Save” button.
