Each and every study in OW Voices must contain Administrators and Participants and may also contain Moderators and Observers. Learn more about access types.
The Administrator is the only user who can add other Operators (Administrators, Moderators and Observers) and Participants to the Community. There is no limit to how many users and access types can be created, but we strongly recommend that all users who are going to perform any operating function on the platform undergo training with the OW Voices Support team.

Add operators
To add operators to your community you must first go to the administrator menu, where you will find the “Moderation and Manage Operator” option.
Fill in the name of the Operator and the e-mail address of the user you want to add and select the type of access that will be given to this user (Administrator, Observer or Moderator).
Check that the information is correct and click on “Create Access”.
The platform will send an invitation email with the first access instructions to the invited user. Learn more about first access for each type of user.
Remember that since the invitation is made via e-mail, it is very important that the address is valid and correctly written.
Manage Operators
In the “Manage Operators” tab you can edit access, reset passwords and resend Operator invitations. The menu is also important for viewing and searching for the current Operators present in the Community and information such as name, e-mail and type of access.
The first Operator displayed will always be your account. The Actions menu will only be available for the third-party account.
To make changes to your Administrator account, you need to access the Account Settings menu.
To make changes to Operator accounts, you will first click on the “Actions” button. You will be able to edit, reset password, resend invitation, deactivate and delete.
- Edit: you can change the name, e-mail address and type of access given to the operator.
When you have finished making your changes, click on the blue confirmation button, or if you want to discard the changes, click on the White button.
- Edit access: by clicking on edit access, you will be able to edit your name, e-mail address and access.
- Reset password: by clicking reset password, the user will receive an e-mail with a new default password for logging into the platform.
- Resend invitation: by clicking on resend invitation, the user will receive a new e-mail with their password and login to log in to the platform.
