The first access to the platform by Community Operators (Administrators, Moderators and Observers) is done in a very similar way. The administration accounts will be created by the OW Voices Support team and, from there, the Administrators will create the accounts for the Community Moderators and Observers.  

How to access

A password will be generated automatically and the administrator must use it to log in for the first time - indicated in yellow. To log in for the first time, click on “Login”.  

Enter your registered e-mail address and the automatically generated password.      

Recommendation: always copy and paste your password.

Remember to copy only the characters and check that there are no spaces before or after the texts, or other characters added to the password.  

The Operator will then be asked to create a personal password. Remember that the password must contain at least 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter and at least one special character (*&%@!). Once finished, click on “Save”.
