Filters

Filters allow you to refine the visualization of responses within the Reports and Analysis tab. With them, administrators can select specific sets of responses to facilitate navigation and the analysis of data collected in community activities.

This feature aims to help locate information more quickly, allowing responses to be viewed based on different criteria available on the platform.



Types of filters

Activities: Allows you to filter responses according to a specific community activity.

Tasks: Allows you to view responses associated with a specific task within an activity.

Participants: Allows you to filter responses submitted by one or more participants.

Status: Allows you to view responses according to their status within the analysis: not viewed, viewed, not resolved, resolved.

Labels: Allows you to filter responses that have specific labels applied.

Segments: Allows you to view responses from participants who belong to a specific segment.

It is also possible to clear the filters to return to the full sample of responses.
