Administrators can manage the way in which participants' identities are displayed. Administrators can also determine the type of permission observers and moderators will have and what data they will have access to.

Privacy


Participants and administrators: determines the way in which participants are displayed to each other and the way in which the identity of administrators is displayed to participants. For example, you can choose whether their full name will appear or whether only their first name and the initial of their surname will be visible in the community.


Moderators: even though moderators have access to all participants' details, here you can customize the display of participants' names.


Observers: determines the way in which the identity of the participants is displayed to customers.


Permissions


Observers: By default, Observers will be able to view all the pages listed below. However, here you can customize which pages will be visible to Observers and which will not.  


Moderators: By default, moderators will also be able to view all the pages below. However, here you can customize the restriction and define which pages will be visible to Moderators and which will not.
