Online Community in the Market Research sector is a relatively new methodology for gathering qualitative insights in real time. An online community usually consists of a group of people using a platform to participate in a series of conversations and exercises structured around a particular topic.

Applications
Online communities are used when the aim is to map the perceptions and opinions of a group of people over time, whether in relation to a new product or brand, or to discuss their habits and behaviors.
The benefit of the online community is precisely the possibility of not only giving participants different tasks and combining audiovisual materials, but also allowing them to interact with each other, sharing opinions on certain subjects or themes.
How does it work?
Offerwise and the client work collaboratively to design the study and define its objectives. Our services can include consultancy, recruitment, programming/configuration, follow-up and incentives.
All Online Communities studies are carried out using the OW Voices platform.
Once the project brief has been approved, credentials will be generated by the Community Administrator to provide access to the platform. The person in charge will create the community (create segments, assignments, tasks, posts, tags), recruit and invite participants. Participants will complete specified tasks and interact with other people for the duration of the community.
Deliveries
- Database with answers extracted from the community;
- Media in the format and size sent by the participants (files, images, videos);
- Analysis report with main findings and recommendations.
What makes Offerwise different?
Our proprietary platform is fully customizable, offers various types of tasks, a discussion forum and the possibility of uploading media. In addition, our team provides assistance throughout the process.
