Forgot my password

If you can't remember your password, you can use the “Forgot password” feature to reset it. All you need to know is your registered e-mail address. 

1. To begin, click on “I forgot my password”.  

2. You will then need to enter your registered e-mail address to start the password reset process.2. Em seguida, será necessário informar o e-mail cadastrado para iniciar o processo de redefinição de senha. 

Remember that the e-mail you register follows the standard format [email protected]. 

3. Click on “Send”.

You will then receive instructions on how to reset your password in your e-mail.

Remember to check all your e-mail folders, including spam, promotions and deleted items.

The email will contain a link that will take you to a password reset page. Choose your new password and make sure it has at least 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter, at least one special character (*&%@!).  

Recommendation: choose a password that is easy to remember and/or write your password down on a piece of paper. That way you can look it up whenever you need to. It is important, however, that you do not share your password with anyone.
